Hello all,
We added a Beginners MMA class at the start of June. The trainer is Aoi and classes are Tuesdays from 19:00-Closing and Saturdays 17:00-20:00. This class covers basic grappling and basic non-gi Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Feel free to come by and view a session.
Monday-Wednesday-Friday we still offer regular MMA classes too.
